The Educational Policy of Department of Computing Technologies, SRM Institute of Science and Technology is to:

• Fostering an inspiring environment that attracts talent, encourages creativity, and promotes innovation.
• Striving for excellence in education and research through international collaborations and knowledge dissemination.
• Emphasize the significance of ensuring the privacy of student and faculty data while outlining the methods for storing and maintaining the integrity of research projects, assignments, and assessments.
• Set forth the guidelines for ownership and rights concerning intellectual property arising from the efforts of students, faculty, or staff in their work or research, and provide specific details on open-source software and licensing considerations.

All activities, processes associated with education will be performed as per the standards of ISO 21001:2018. Based on the educational policy EOMS objectives will be framed. The performance against EOMS objectives will be reported to the Top Management annually. All the Students, Research Scholars, Teaching, Non-Teaching staff and other external stakeholders share this responsibility in maintaining the EOMS. They are therefore required to adopt the standards, objectives and procedures of EOMS whenever applicable.
